Crunchy Air-Fried Chickpeas

This little snack is one of my favorite go-to's! its lite, a great source of plant-based protein and super quick & easy to make.

I'm Cuban, I grew up on Goya so we're going to use that! 1 can is enough to share or split in half and save the rest for later. Pre-heat air fryer to 400º. Drain, wash and dry your chickpeas. Make sure to get most of the moisture out to get them real cripsy at the end. In a bowl mix your chickpeas, 1 tbsp of olive oil and seasonings. Once your air fryer is ready throw the chickpea mix into the fryer basket for 12 minutes. Shake occasionally. Serve & enjoy!

1 can Goya chickpeas (garbanzo)

1 tbsp. olive oil

garlic & herb seasoning

Mrs. Dash extra spicy seasoning
